Cancellation
Policy

We understand that life happens, and flexibility is important—especially for families. To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, the following policy applies to all lessons:

 

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• No-shows will be charged the full lesson rate.

• Lessons missed due to illness may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion, provided notice is given as soon as possible.

• Package lessons are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with proper notice.

• In the rare event the instructor must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited at no cost to the family.
